Board of Directors

The following are short bios on our Board of Directors:

John Isch   John Isch, MD, Board Chairman
John is a retired cardiovascular surgeon in Indianapolis, where he founded a large group practice. He serves on the boards of St. Vincent Health Network, the Indiana Heart Institute, and the Dean's Council of the Indiana University School of Medicine. He is involved with the Christian Medical Society, serves as Chairman of the Board of Walk Thru The Bible, is active as an elder in his church, and is a Board member of the Navigators.
Don Palmer   Don Palmer, Vice Chairman
Don is the current Chairman of Palmer Automotive Group. He has a B.S. degree from the Krannert School of Business at Purdue University and an M.B.A. from Xavier University. Don currently sits on the board of Fifth Third Bank Indiana, Equipment Technologies, Opportunity International and the Indiana Chapter of W.P.O. He co-founded the Indiana Faith Leadership Series as well as the Barnabas Fund.

Don enjoys playing golf, riding motorcycles, boating and spending time with his wife, Carolyn, and their three children, Christopher, Elizabeth and Emily.

Craig Westrick   Craig Westrick, Treasurer
Craig Westrick is a Principal and Senior Financial Advisor for Ronald Blue & Company, LLC. With nearly 20 years of experience in the financial community, Craig is responsible for providing direction and leadership to the Greenwood, IN office.

Prior to joining the firm in 1997, Craig served as a director in the entrepreneurial partnering ministry of African Leadership and on the management staff of Fifth Third Bank of Central Indiana. Craig holds a BA in Economics from DePauw University.

He and his wife, Maria, homeschool their five children in Greenwood, IN and are active in initiating and supporting economically self-sustaining efforts in Haiti and inner city Indianapolis.

Chris has a diverse background of ministry and corporate experience, including senior executive roles at Arthur Andersen & Co., Contel Corporation, GTE, and Southern Electric International. Most recently, he served as senior pastor at the 1,500-member Oak Hill Baptist Church in Griffin, Georgia, and prior to that as executive pastor at First Redeemer Church in Cumming, Georgia, where he was instrumental in leading the church’s growth from 90 people at its inception in 1996 to over 4,200 members. Chris holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Masters of Accountancy from the University of Georgia, a Masters of Arts in Theology from Liberty Baptist Theological Seminary, and an honorary Doctor of Divinity from Emmanuel Theological Seminary in Kota, India. He is also pursuing a Doctor of Strategic Leadership from Regent University. Chris is a frequent speaker to business groups and consultant concerning strategy and organizational vision, and he currently serves on the Boards of Directors for numerous charitable and civic organizations. He and his wife Lynn have been married for thirty-six years, and they have two grown children (Christopher and Emily) and one grandson (Colton).
Jay Hein   Jay Hein
Jay is President of the Sagamore Institute (an Indianapolis-based think tank) and Distinguished Senior Fellow at Baylor University. From 2006-08, Jay served as Deputy Assistant to the President and Director of the White House Office of Faith Based and Community Initiatives. Related to his work at the National Christian Foundation Indiana, Jay operates the Foundation for American Renewal, a public charity founded by Ambassador Dan Coats.

Jay's wife Mary Jo is a leadership team member at Shepherd Community Center, an innercity ministry. They delight in God's gift of three children--Ali, TJ and Ryan--and enjoy travel to share experiences with their extended family.

Jim Fountain   Jim Fountain
Jim spent 15 years on staff at Young Life and has worked in life insurance and health benefits over the years. He is currently the Executive Vice President at Gallagher Benefit Services. Jim and his wife, Kathy, have three sons, A.J., Josh and Justin.

David is the President of Cummins Crosspoint, LLC, an independent distributor for Cummins Inc. and other power products in the five state region of Indiana, Illinois, Kentucky, Tennessee and West Virginia. He has a B.S. degree in Industrial Engineering from Georgia Institute of Technology and an MBA from Harvard University.

Dave currently serves on the Board of the Oaks Academy Indianapolis and previously served on the board of Mission to Ukraine. He and his family are active members of College Park Church.

He has been married to Ellen for thirty years and has four children, Robert, Christopher, Mary and Luda.
Dayton Molendorp  

Dayton Molendorp
An experienced leader, Dayton has more than 38 years of experience in the insurance and financial services industry. After college and four years in the U.S. Air Force, Molendorp started his professional career as an agent with Mutual Security Life, Fort Wayne, IN. He joined OneAmerica affiliate American United Life Insurance Company (AUL) in 1987 as vice president of individual marketing support and was later named senior vice president of individual operations. Dayton was responsible for the introduction of fixed annuity business into the company’s individual division.In 2003, he was named AUL executive vice president and, in 2004, was named president and CEO. In February 2007, Molendorp was appointed chairman ofthe board of AUMIHC. In April 2014, Dayton retired as CEO of the enterprise, but remains chairman of the board.

Dayton and his wife, Trudy, reside in Indianapolis, and are the parents of two grown children, Carrie and Jon, and grandparents to Anna Grace and Dayton James. Dayton and Trudy are active members of College Park Church in Indianapolis.


Greg James, President
Greg is a Kansas native and graduate of the University of Kansas. After 34 years in the pharmaceutical industry, 28 of those at Eli Lilly and Company, his career allowed the James family to call 2 other countries and 6 states home before they returned to Indiana for the third time. “We are proud to finally call Indianapolis home!” He comes to NCF Indiana after 4 years working with the Relationship teams across the NCF network. Greg uses his business experience in sales, marketing and general management along with his coaching skills and spiritual gifts to work alongside others to inspire biblical generosity. Greg and his wife, Jenn are excited to be back in the same town with their 2 married children and 3 “grandboys”. Other than spending time at NCF and with the family, he likes to cook, bike or run and occasionally find time to “wet a line with a fly rod”.

Sandy Sides Duncan  

Sandy Sides Duncan
Sandy has been blessed to enjoy a number of “careers” over the years starting as a Project Engineer at Eli Lilly and Company after earning her Industrial Engineering degree from Purdue University, followed by many years of the most fulfilling career – motherhood, and culminating with serving alongside several ministries including Outreach, Inc., Kaleo and now Nicaragua Resource Network.

In addition, Sandy spent six wonderful years on the NCF Indiana staff as Marketing Coordinator before God turned her world upside down by bringing Rod into her life and gleefully marrying him in January 2016. Together they are serving and worshipping at Traders Point Christian Church, being encouraged and cultivating relationships in Nicaragua, and working toward Rod’s off-ramping from veterinary medicine. They share and love five children (Bart, John, Evie, Annaleis and Andrew) and two grandboys (Beckett and Finn) with one grandgirl on the way.

Roger Muselman  

Roger Muselman
Roger serves as chairman of DRG, the parent company of Annie's and SFG, media and technology solutions companies owned by the Muselman family of Berne, Ind.

Roger serves on various boards including First Bank of Berne and Smith Brothers of Berne Inc. He is a co-founder and director of The Bridge Community Church in Decatur and Berne.

Roger is a member of Chief Executives Organization, World Presidents' Organization, a past chapter chairman of the Young Presidents' Organization Indiana chapter, and serves as chairman of the Taylor University Board of Visitors.  He received a bachelor's degree from Taylor University and an MBA from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

Within the community, Roger served as co-chairman of the fundraising campaign to build Berne’s Muensterberg Plaza and Clock Tower from 2005-2010, helped launch a Youth for Christ chapter in the early 1990s and The Bridge Community Church in 2000.

Roger's family discovered how valuable and strategic NCF has been to their giving. Roger finds it an honor to serve on the NCF Indiana board knowing the tremendous impact the ministry has on advancing generosity in Indiana. 

Roger and his wife, Naomi, were married in 1988 and have three children - Sarah, Mark and David.

Dave Neff  

Dave Neff
Dave Neff is the President & CEO of EDGE Mentoring. For the past four years, Dave has led EDGE full-time as it has grown from 80 in the program to over 700 mentors and mentees from 40 states today. Prior to EDGE, Dave worked for Pacers Sports & Entertainment for four years and ExactTarget (now Salesforce Marketing Cloud) for 2.5 years in a number of sales and marketing roles. Dave has a passion for developing top talent, creating strategic partnerships, building winning cultures and fostering intergenerational relationships through mentoring. Dave was named to the Indianapolis Business Journal’s 2016 Forty Under 40 list recognizing rising stars in Central Indiana. He was also named a 2013 Inspire Award Winner in the Marketing, Media & Athletics category for his commitment to mentoring in the workplace and community. Dave graduated from Ball State University with his B.S. in Sport Administration. He is married to Joelle and they have two young children, Lincoln and Nora. Dave and Joelle are active members of Soma Church Midtown and love living in the Butler-Tarkington neighborhood.
